Contacting a Chaplain by Phone
Support for any question, including those
for a Chaplain, can be obtained by dialing a single toll free
number from within the continental US.
Simply dial 1-877-4-1-TOUCH
(1-877-418-6824) and press option 2 then option 2 a second time when you hear the recording.
Using the Global Distance Support Center is easy! Dial the toll free number above and remember
to press option 2 when you hear the recording. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will
come on the line and locate the Chaplain nearest you right away.
Calling
the Global Distance Support Center from outside the continental US (OCONUS)
To call the Global Distance Support Center from outside the continental United States, dial DSN 510-4-2-TOUCH
(510-428-6824) and press option 2 then option 2 a second time.
Contacting the
Global Distance Support Center Using a Secure Phone Line
The Global Distance Support Center can
accommodate secure calls on a secure line if necessary. Call
877-4-1-TOUCH (DSN 510-4-2-TOUCH) and inform the customer service
representative that your discussion will require a secure phone line,
then you can call or be transferred to the GDSC Secure Terminal
Equipment (STE) phone. The GDSC STE number is 757-443-3872 x2647 (DSN
646-3872 x2647).
Contacting
a Chaplain via E-mail
Usually, when a Chaplain's services are required, they
are of a personal or confidential nature. Because of this, a separate
e-mail address has been established to fulfill those needs. If
you need to talk, please submit your e-mail requests
here. All questions or requests to a Chaplain will
be responded to within 24 hours or less except weekends and holidays.
For emergencies, readdress your e-mail request to
AnchorDesk@Navy.Mil.
All technical, logistics, supply, and
medical requests should be directed to
AnchorDesk@Navy.Mil.
The on-duty Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist
you.

2. Last Name
